Shipping & returns

Policy coming before launch. Lumen Barre is pre-launch and nothing is for sale yet, so there are no orders to ship or return.

Our full shipping and returns policy will be published here before the Founding 150 pre-sale opens and before any payment is taken. It will cover where we ship, rates, delivery times, returns and exchanges.

What we've already said: shipping across Canada is planned, and if a founding order is delayed you'll be told why, given a new date, and offered the choice of a refund.
